This course requires a 4 – 5 hour time commitment per week to view the video lessons, complete the homework exercises, and meet with your coach and classmates.
Your attendance on the kickoff video conference call is very important for getting you off to a good start with this course. On this call, you will meet your coach, meet your classmates, and do an activity to set the groundwork for the rest of the course.
(If something happens and you miss the kickoff call, the exercise we do together that evening will also be available in the first module of course content.)
If are not able to commit to the time required, you may want to consider purchasing our Self-Paced Authentic Life Course. It contains all of the same great content and assignments but without the live coaching calls and support.
