Cancellation Policy
Authentic Revolution promotes programs well in advance and halts promotion once they are full. Late cancellations or transfers result in lost revenue for us, and a missed opportunity for someone else who might like to attend. To address this, our cancellation policy outlines the following options:
- 90% Refunded if you cancel 30 days or more from the first day of the workshop,
OR 100% credit to a future training of comparable cost - 50% Refunded if you cancel within 2 weeks of the first day of the workshop,
OR 75% credit to a future training of comparable cost - 15% Refunded if you cancel within 5 days of the first day of the workshop,
OR 30% credit to a future training of comparable cost
You have the option for a full refund within 72 hours of booking your spot in the training, in case of emergencies. If you are unable to attend the training because of a legitimate medical concern, you can receive a 50% refund on the cost or full credit to a future training of comparable cost, as long as you let us know before the first day of training that you may have to miss the course.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. If you join a program and are dissatisfied with its content or presentation, please let the course leads and organizers know of your concerns after the first session or day, and give them a chance to respond to your issues. If you are still dissatisfied after the second session (or if a live event, by 1pm on the second day of programming), and you have made an effort to engage with all the content thus far, you may withdraw from the course and receive a 90% refund or transfer to a course of the same price. No refunds or transfers will be available if you request after the second session, if you do not communicate your concerns, or if you fail to engage with the material before requesting a refund.
This cancellation policy applies to the amount of the full tuition, regardless of whether you pay in full or use a payment plan.

Our Scholarship Fund…
Should you need to cancel your program and/or lodging, please consider donating your previously made payment to our scholarship fund. We strive to make our services available to individuals from a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds and this scholarship fund, which is run off donations, is how we do that. If you feel moved to donate your payment to support others in attending our workshops, you can do so by emailing [email protected] and telling us of your intention.
Removal From the Course
If, at any point during a training, the course leaders deem that you pose a significant and non-consensual physical or emotional threat to others OR yourself, they may choose to remove you from the training. If this happens, you are NOT eligible to receive a refund on the training cost. This sort of event rarely occurs without a warning and opportunity for you to change the behavior in question. However, it is up to the discretion of the course leaders to decide when and for what reasons a participant should be removed.
The Fine Print...
All dates and locations are subject to change with prior written notice. Authentic Revolution reserves the right to cancel any program, workshop or retreat at any time. If this should occur, you will be offered your choice of a full refund or a tuition credit towards a future Authentic Revolution workshop.
