Certification offers you and your collaborators the confidence to bring your unique facilitation style to the world, backed by international leaders in social health and authentic relating principles, SeekHealing and AuthRev.
Level 1: Social
Social Certification officially recognizes your commitment to growth in your facilitation practice.
At this level, we endorse you to lead social events and/or co-facilitate community events.
Pricing: $40 application + $150 Exam Lab

Level 2: Community
Community Certification recognizes facilitators that are bringing their practice out into the world.
At this level, we endorse you to lead paid community or semi-professional events. You can also now be listed in our facilitation database.

Level 3: Adept
Adept Facilitators are recognized as the pillars of the facilitation community. You are among a peerage trusted to support groups in navigating challenging terrain, transitions, and decisions, as well as fostering cohesion and consensus.
At this level, we endorse you to lead professional events, and may contract you for our own clients.

Level 4: Master
Master Certification recognizes your status as a master of the facilitation community. At this level you are trusted to embody all aspects of the Authentic Revolution, modeling mutual learning mentality, authenticity, transparency, and co-evolution.
We endorse you to lead events of any kind under our banner.

Social Health Professional with SeekHealing
Recognizes seekers practicing facilitation in service to the SeekHealing community.
At this level, we endorse you to lead regular calendar Connection Practice Meetings and social events online and in-person.
Completion of either Listening Training I and II OR Crossover Training is required.
Pricing: $150-$300
All members of the facilitation community are invited to attend Practical Exams as Participants.
Participating in our Practical Exams is a fantastic, free way to connect with the community and develop your critical skills. They offer a unique opportunity to see other facilitators in action while evaluating exactly what makes a leader unique, effective, and masterful.
Feedback from Participants will be solicited by the Proctors (time permitting) and taken into account in their final evaluation of each Applicant, but they will not directly count toward the Applicant's final evaluated scores.
All Applicants are encouraged to attend at least one Practical Exam as a Participant prior to their own Practical Exam.
