Sara Ness
Sara is a creator and facilitator, founder of a thousands-strong learning community in Austin, Texas and instigator of many other groups worldwide. She is the author of the Authentic Relating Games Manual, Guide to Creating Authentic Community, and Online Games Manual, among other publications.
Sara has coached and trained more than a thousand leaders in sectors ranging from Google to the Coast Guard on the art of authentic leadership. She is passionate about exposing the joy of human connection and exploring our creative potential through relationship.
Sara is the Chief Catalyst at Authentic Revolution, and a consultant with Evolution.
Megan Taylor Morrison
Meg is a business and leadership coach who has served as the lead facilitator for many different types of groups -- from the cohorts of solopreneurs who enroll in her annual mastermind to teams at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. She has also facilitated dance and personal development retreats across the United States, as well as in Argentina, Brazil, the Dominican Republic and India.
Meg served as the lead facilitator of authentic relating games in Washington DC for several years, and now leads the authentic relating community in Atlanta.
She also runs a virtual coworking community called The Thriving Creator Collective, which was featured in the New York Times in March 2020.
Micah Sutton
Micah loves nothing more than working with dedicated people to come to greater honesty and presence with themselves. Over the past ten years, this work has taken many forms, with life coaching, Authentic Relating/Circling, and guiding meditation in nature being a few of his favorites. He is also a trained herbalist, certified end of life doula, and a dedicated trainer of community leaders.
In his teaching work, Micah’s priority is to transmit to each student the value of compassion and presence in leadership, helping them to share their unique gifts in the most sustainable and honest way they can.
Carrie Patrick
Carrie is an organizational psychologist with more than 20 years experience in the corporate sector. She's passionate about making work culture a better place for humans. Carrie is currently a Senior Organizational Development Strategist within Dell Technologies' Cybersecurity division, bringing emotional intelligence techniques to the highest levels of the organization.
Jason Digges
Jason, author of new release Conflict = Energy: The Transformative practice of Authentic Relating, is a modern renaissance man. Equal parts artist, philosopher, teacher, and media producer, from 2003-2012 he worked for Integral Institute to create thousands of hours of educational media on the topics of transpersonal psychology, spirituality, productivity, and personal growth.
Obsessed with how humans can live and relate optimally, Jason has facilitated groups and taught authentic relating and circling since 2012. In 2017, he co-founded Authentic Relating Training International and has since led courses in twenty cities around the world.
Shawn Kent
Shawn is the Mental Health Director at Amala Foundation. He is a licensed practicing counselor, a certified Yoga instructor, and has been facilitating in the Austin Texas community for twenty years. Shawn specializes in mindfulness, social emotional leadership, community wellness, and healing centered facilitation.
Shawn facilitates community programming and professional training for schools, rehabilitation centers, social service organizations, social justice organizations, and criminal justice organizations. At the root of his work is the vision of helping to inspire a compassionate and mindful approach to engaging with the challenge of building a healthy and just society together.
Geoffrey Hamilton Krum
Geof is an artist, chef, photographer, event producer, food scientist, facilitator, and none of these labels. He has managed thousands of employees and volunteers to create everything from festivals to juice manufacturing operations. Geof's passion is in creating beautiful, no-bullshit human-centered systems that run themselves while slowly transforming the world.
Dr. Hazel-Grace Yates
Hazel-Grace is radical permissionist and pleasure warrior here to help eradicate global toxic sexual shame. With more than twelve years of experience as a pioneering educator, She brings a unique blend of professional know-how, playful curiosity, authentic communication, and personal vulnerability to facilitation.
Dr. Hazel-Grace is a trauma-informed somatic sex educator, sexological bodywork practitioner, and founder of Sex Catalyst Academy - training world-class sex-positive facilitator and leaders. She holds a Masters in Education and a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality. The 4 corners-stones of her work are 1. Trauma-Informed Practices, 2. Authentic Relating Skills, 3. Somatic Sex Education and 4. Activism and Inclusivity.
She has spent the past two years deepening her understanding of social equity work. She is committed to doing her deep inner work and facing her own privilege so that she can create a safer space for ALL; BIPOC, gender diverse folxs, people with disabilities, or otherwise marginalized.
